How do I get ahold of someone at SiteSwan?

Do you offer a free trial?
We do not offer free trials, however you can request a free demo to watch exclusive videos that demonstrate the platform and provide additional insight into our Reseller Program.
Is there a discount if I pay for the year upfront?
Yes, if you choose the annual payment option during checkout, you will receive two months free.
Is hosting included with SiteSwan websites?
Yes. All websites built on the SiteSwan platform include super reliable cloud hosting at no additional charge, which is backed by Rackspace and AWS to provide 99.999% uptime.
Can I host my sites somewhere else?
Because SiteSwan is a proprietary platform, you cannot host your website somewhere else. If you or your clients decide they want to move their website to another platform, you are free to download any content or imagery, but you will need to rebuild the site from scratch. This is common for most website building platforms.
How do SiteSwan sites fair in terms of SEO?
SiteSwan was built on the belief that there’s no sense in having a beautiful site if no one can find it online. That’s why SEO functionality is built into the platform, framework, and every site you build. We even provide tips and offer advice on SEO best practices to help your clients' websites rank high in search results. We’re always making sure that your sites have the best possible chance at being found in local search and we continue to make modifications in the platform to align with the ever-changing search engine algorithms to keep them optimized for SEO.
Is there a limit to how many pages a SiteSwan website can have?
We do not impose a limit on the number of pages you can have on a SiteSwan website, even though a typical small business website rarely needs more than about 5 - 10 pages of content.
What is the “Client Billing” feature?
The Client Billing feature enables you to charge your website clients, accept online payments, and manage customer billing directly from your dashboard. You can learn more about the Client Billing feature here.
I see the Pro Plan includes up to 100 sites. What happens if I need more than 100 sites?
When you sell more than 100 sites, which many of our resellers do, you are locked in at the same low price and can purchase additional sites in blocks for just $5/mo each.
Are SiteSwan websites secure?
Yes. At SiteSwan, we take security very seriously, which is why all the sites you build on SiteSwan are automatically issued an SSL Certificate so they can load on a 256-bit encrypted https: connection. Search engines flag sites that do not have SSL certificates, and we provide them to our resellers at no additional charge. This an extremely valuable feature that other companies will charge extra for.
How often do you create new themes?
We're constantly working on and rolling out new themes. Our goal is to have a theme for every industry that you might want to create a website for. A lot of research and active reseller input goes into our decisions on which new themes to introduce. As an active reseller, you can even request which themes we should offer next.
How does the Reputation Management Tool work?
With the Reputation Management Tool you can generate free sample reports for any of your clients. You can use this report along with our white label marketing materials to help pitch your clients. Upgrade to Daily Reporting for only $14.99 per month per location and your clients will get Daily Reports emailed to them and the ability to add our smart Review Request Form to their website. Most resellers charge between $99 - $199 per month per client for Reputation Management alone. You can learn more here.
Can I install a chat bot or other third-party widgets and apps on my site?
Yes. As long as you are on a SiteSwan plan that includes "Add Custom HTML" you can embed most third-part widgets and apps including chat bots, booking widgets, and plugins.
How quickly can I turn a profit with SiteSwan?
With SiteSwan, the timeline for turning a profit varies depending on the prices you charge, your level of effort and the time you're willing to commit to working on your business. While some users have successfully sold a site within their first week, it's important to note that individual results may vary.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your SiteSwan account anytime right from our Support Center.
What happens to my sites if I decide to cancel?
At the time of cancellation, all of your sites will come offline. You are free to move and rebuild your sites with different technology prior to canceling, or in some cases we can even make arrangements to keep your clients' websites live on SiteSwan by transferring them to another reseller's account.
